Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court

The Court can be found at 2501 Lvmhvlke (Eagle) Street, Okmulgee, OK 74447. The Court is in the Mound building. Its an attractive round building that appears to be partially below the surface of the mound which surrounds it. Along the top of the court building there are symbols of the clans (animals).

Cherokee Nation Courthouse

The Cherokee Nation Court serves all the counties in which the Cherokee Nation and all the Reservation presides over. Just like any other Oklahoma District Courts the Tribal Court of the Cherokee Nation hears all legal issues including civil litigation, family law and criminal law.
