Drug & Alcohol Assessments – If you are charged with a drug or alcohol related driving offense in Oklahoma, you will be required to compete a drug and alcohol assessment. The Kania Law Office recommends Human Skills & Resources, Inc., which charges $75.00 for the Drug & Alcohol Assessment necessary for the Court and $175.00 for the Drug & Alcohol Assessment necessary for the court and for the Department of Public Safety for drivers’ license reinstatement. The assessment takes between two (2) and two and a half (2.5) hours to complete and the results will be available the same day as the assessment, so long as payment is made in full.
