Someone who is injured on the property of another must have been expressly or impliedly invited for some commercial or business purpose for this duty to apply. The duty that an owner or occupant of a property has to someone who is on the premises by express or implied permission is to not injure them by a willful or wanton act or fail to warn them of a known hidden danger.
