Oklahoma it is unlawful to willfully delay or obstruct any public
officer in the discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his office.
Punishment:
Obstruction
of an officer in the discharge his duty is a misdemeanor. Title

Obstruction of Public Officer
Any person who willfully delays or obstructs any public officer in the
discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his office, is guilty of a
misdemeanor.
