if I have an interest in a personal injury claim or a lawsuit?
In
Oklahoma, there is currently an exemption for a debtor's interest in a
claim of bodily injury, death or worker's compensation up to a net
amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). However, this does not
include any claim for punitive or exemplary damages.
