Oklahoma Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Timing of Discharge 

When will I receive my discharge?
A typical discharge is granted approximately sixty (60) days after the 341 Meeting. You will receive notice of your discharge from the court and not your attorney. It will be a general letter stating that a discharge has been granted in your case. Do not be alarmed if it does not include a list of all the debt that was discharged. Discharge means that the debts that have been discharged are no longer yours.
